Merchant Services - Credit Card Processing 

• 1 - 3 copies of your detailed merchant services statements to generate cost savings analysis for the lowest recommendation. 
• After acceptance of cost saving solution, an application to submit to the bank for approval. 
• Details on your credit card processing preferences for equipment recommendations.   

Waste & Recycling Recommendations 

• Copy of your current trash invoice and recycling credit voucher (if recycling is active), to set benchmark for savings and provides correct account numbers and service levels. 
• Letter of Authorization signed for TAD & their partners to contact the hauler/recycler to obtain details needed to make an accurate recommendation.  
• After recommendations, if accepted, a signed service agreement for TAD and their partner to move forward to make any changes to realize cost savings.  The hauling service agreement from the hauler will be signed by the customer to maintain the direct connection.
